obstacle is the feeling of being a ‘me’ who is somehow separate to it.

Relating, relating to her, to him, to that over there. Time and
distance thrown up from the apparent space between me (subject) and the world I
negotiate (object). My friend, this is oneness appearing to relate to itself,
you are already what you look for. Simple. Too simple for the mind, so it
appears to be hidden. Amazing.
